Certain aspects of the game are restricted at lower levels, just as they are in WoW. This is not meant as a block to progress IMO, just a way to smooth out the learning curve. Rein has it dead on. The moon phasing bit was extremely annoying to level a craft. And it didn&amp;#39;t award you levels, but rather 0.1 or if you&amp;#39;re lucky 0.2 of a whole point at a time.
