Unfortunately none of these items has any actual stats. I'm hoping that the item information will be patched in soon, until then I'm just going to hang onto them. I still think they can give us some insights into what we can expect for Jewelcrafters. Here are the recipes:

You can clearly see the lack of stats here. Now it's possible that these will be some of the new 'vanity' items that are for looks only. Personally, I hope not. Not that I object to pretty headgear or bracelets, but the mats for these items are pretty steep for shinies. The emerald and ruby gems listed here are rare/blue quality, not cheapie greens. I happen to have a few from Mining, so that's confirmed.
I haven't even scored any elementium yet, so we can assume it's either cata.saronite or cata.titanium. In poking through Wowhead's spell listings, my money is on titanium. The recipes that include elementium have just small quantities of one bar per crafted item. Smells like titanium to me. Using titanium and rare gems in a vanity piece is one expensive shiny!
Also, the volatile requirement is high. To give you an idea of what it takes to score 50 volatiles, so far I've collected 1900 pieces of ore. My grand total of volatiles (a mote, not a primal) is 84 earth and 113 shadow. The drop rate is really low at this point. Putting 50 of these into one crafted item is a significant investment. Personally, I'm hoping they improve the drop rate on volatiles.
Just for grins, I took a pic of my gem collection for you guys.

And yes, I know the icons are confusing. I promise, these really are the new gems!
